Our mission
TradersBuild is a marketplace built specifically for surplus construction materials — the drywall, lumber, roofing, fixtures, and hardware that a company purchased in good faith but can no longer use. We give sellers a way to recover real money on that inventory, and give buyers — other contractors, subs, and individuals — a source of materials at a real discount, without waiting on a manufacturer's lead time.
Less waste for the industry, better margins for sellers, lower costs for buyers. That's the whole idea.

8% on the item price, and a small markup only on shipping we help arrange — never hidden, always shown before you pay.
Real payments, real protection
Every purchase runs through Stripe. Sellers get paid automatically once a buyer checks out — no chasing invoices.
Freight that actually works
Pallets of drywall aren't parcels. We price real LTL freight for heavy materials instead of pretending everything ships in a box.
Built for the trades
Contractors, subs, and crews buying and selling with each other directly — not a general classifieds site repurposed for construction.
